Who started the CAB?
The First Founders of The Nexus were originally a group of 13 individuals, Being the Founder of The Nexus, and Her closest members who helped her make many decisions along the way.
whom after attempting to make the First Nexan Community or "First Nexus" Fell due to lack of structure and Sense of direction, that did not however stop them from continuing their vision of A better tomorrow for mankind. These 13 individuals rebuilt The Nexus after being in the shadows for years rebuilding it's Ideal values and sense of Identity, it is here where the Seeds of Nexanism blossomed, and thus the Inception of the CAB came to Fruition.

That idea was finalized when The Nexus Charter was founded laying down the Groundwork for the CAB, making this Group become the First Chancellery of The Nexus.
An improved Revision of The Nexus Charter is underway by the help of Philosopher and Supreme court Justice Spencer Ferri, who has Helped as a founder play a key part in the Evolution and Overall improvement of The CAB's efficiency.
